Here is a mind map recipe created by my brother for Barbecue Garlic Beef burgers. The blended mix is enough to create 8 burgers; the recipe makes 4 burgers. You can freeze half the blended mixture for later use.
The recipe in text is as follows:
BLEND mixture (Use half; freeze the rest):
Finely chop in a blender:
3 Cloves of Garlic
5 Mint leaves
1 Large handful of Parsley
SPREAD onto beef mince (forked into burger shapes):
Beef mince pack 500g (enough for 4 burgers)
SPRINKLE and mix well:
Tablespoon of Tomato Puree
COOK, eat and enjoy!
