Here is a template that can be used to review your day, month, year, moment etc – try focusing on your happiness. That is, your inner happiness, rather than temporary or fleeting moments….What gives you lasting happiness? What creates a buzz making your inner smile beam with joy?

What are the things that make you happy on a personal level?

Use the 5W1H as a brain jogger; What, When, Where, Why, Who, How – be careful of the “Who” because ultimately the “Who” is you.

If your pen hovers recall some of the basics to be thankful for such as – food, shelter, drinks, water, air, heartbeat, life, aliveness, nature, weather, seasons, family, friends, cuddly pet not leaving a deposit on the carpet while you were out, waking up in the morning…
