Positive Acronym Your Name

An acronym is a word formed from the initial letters of other words. Acronyms are extremely useful for recalling information and creating affirmations to use as positive pointers.

You can form words as prompts or use your own name to recall information.

Acronyms can also be used for recalling positive and calming phrases.

Creating an acronym can help you stay focused during your day.
