Road Love

Here is a slight detour away from Mind Map Rules.

Imagine that instead of road rage we practiced road love.

You can find greater peace through non-reaction and your health and wellbeing will benefit as a result.

Witnessing road rage is a perfect opportunity to practice letting go and returning to the present moment.

Often a split second of madness is just that – a split second, which passes quite quickly, if you let go.

Next time someone toots you angrily, cuts you up, shouts advice, insults you, displays anger or rage, see the difference inside, if you say to yourself “Thank you” :)
